As a small boutique firm, we have obtained significant results in our litigation practice.  By way of example, we have successfully obtained multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, judgments and settlements in a variety of cases including:

In our transaction practice, we have successfully negotiated, prepared documentation for, and consummated many real estate purchase and sale, development, and financing contracts and leases; land use and easement agreements; design and construction contracts; commercial goods purchase agreements; commercial sale and financing contracts; partnership and shareholder's agreements; professional employment agreements; business dispute settlements and resolution; and licensing and royalty contracts involving intellectual property. We have also formed and dissolved hundreds of corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other business entities, and have advised our clients in our capacity of general counsel on employment matters, administrative compliance matters, insurance matters, and risk management.
